1. There will be a minimum hire charge of £5.00 + VAT.
2. Goods at all times remain the property of the company.
3. Delivery within Devizes min charge £5.00. Delivery to destinations beyond the town boundary price on application, calculated from our store and include collection of equipment after use.
4. Orders of equipment may be collected from our store at anytime between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, or by special arrangement.
5. The hirer is responsible for ALL breakage's and/or losses and will be charged at the current replacement value.
6. All appropriate equipment is washed and shrink wrapped after every hire. No extra charge is made for this service. However if an item requires specialist cleaning a charge of 30% of the items hire cost maybe made.
7. Any complaints as to shortage or damage on receipt of goods should be made before use. Complaints of this nature received on return of goods cannot be entertained.
8. All goods are carefully packed and are in a secure condition when leaving our store. The responsibility for breakage's shall be the hirers from the time the goods leave our custody until return.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by the use of equipment hired.
10. Hirers should ensure that they or their representatives are at the delivery address. Wasted journeys will be charged for.
11. Goods sent must be returned. Replacements by hirers own property of any deficiencies will not be accepted.
12. Deliveries left at unattended premises are left at the hirer’s risk.
13. Lost packing boxes will be charged at £10.00 per box.
14. Hire accounts are seven days nett from the date of invoice.
15. Acceptance of goods indicates acceptance of the conditions of hire.
16. New customers may be requested to prove their identity.
17. Hire charges are payable in advance and any deposit taken will be returned once the goods are returned to us in good order, except by prior arrangement or account holders.
18. Cancellation; less than one week in advance 50% of the hire will be due. 3 days and less the full hire may be charged. Minor amendments to orders are accepted but please give us as much notice as possible with a minimum of one week.
19. In the event of default of payment of an account the company will require the customer pay all costs incurred in respect of recovery. This will include solicitors and other legal fees.
20.Data Protection Act 1998 - The company reserves the right to consult whomsoever it considers appropriate for the purpose of trade references and will record information in respect of such opinions which will be made available to other businesses for the continuing assessment of credit risk.
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO VAT AT 17.5%.
